What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, UPI IDs, PAYTM, Google Pay. We currently do not offer cash on delivery service.
Is my payment information safe?
Maintaining your privacy is our duty and privilege. We at Tao Paris take the highest precautions to keep your information private.
When can I expect my order?
We have partnered with some of the most reliable names in the logistics industry to ensure that your order reaches you within 7 days of confirmation.
Do you have a store I can visit?
Tao Paris is an exclusively online boutique; we do not have any permanent store showcasing our footwear. But you may find us every now and then at fashion-forward exhibitions and shows, embellishing women's feet with our stylish shoes!

What are the materials used to make your products?
We craft our premium leather footwear using high quality and ethically sourced leather and Suede. We also house trendsetting footwear made using quality polyurethane and other textiles like denim etc.
Are the materials you use for your shoes responsibly sourced?
Yes, at Tao Paris, we take our responsibility towards sustainability seriously. All our material, including the leather we use, is sustainably sourced. The leather we use is a by-product of local farming, wherein the animal's rearing isn't for the purpose of leather harvest.
Do you make vegan shoes?
The non-leather shoes are all vegan shoes. We make our vegan shoes using polyurethane and other plant-based textiles. We use the highest quality of materials to ensure that every footwear going out of our studio is quality and comfort-driven.
Where are your shoes made?
We are proudly a 100% ‘Make in India’ firm. From design to material sourcing and manufacturing, everything is done in India. The shoes are made ready by local artisans who have dedicated their lives to the art of creating fine footwear.

I have received a faulty item.
At Tao Paris, each pair is created with precision, using only the highest quality materials. Even our packaging keeps in mind the fine detailing of the shoes so that no harm befalls them on transit. However, we are sorry to learn that a faulty piece has reached you. Kindly contact our customer service number, so that we can guide you further.
I have received the wrong product.
We're sorry to hear that! Please get in touch with our customer care number to start the process of sending your desired pair to you as soon as possible.

ORDERS

Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order online before the product has been shipped, your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order. An order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship within 48hrs to 72hrs, the order being confirmed!
