1. Exchange Policy:

• If you wish to exchange any product for another size or another style it must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Please note that certain products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Products purchased on 50% and above SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

1. Credit Note: All other items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount will be refunded into the Credit Coupon. No monetary refunds are provided.

*Credit Note coupon code validity: The credit note coupon code is valid for 4 months from issuance.

How to use a Tao Credit Note: 

• Tao Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
• On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
• The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
• The validity of the credit note is 4 months.
• Credit note does not include the reverse shipping fee.

• Products over 50% discounts: Unfortunately, there is no warranty provided for these heavily discounted items. Please consider this while making your purchase decision.

• Free Shipping on All Orders: We offer complimentary shipping for all orders, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our valued customer.
• Refund Process: In the event of a refund, customers will receive a credit code coupon with the entire amount. Return courier charges will be borne by the customer. This coupon can be used for future purchases on our platform.

• Unused Shoes: We accept returns only for shoes that remain unused.
• Clean Sole and Insock: The sole and insole of the shoes should be clean and free from any signs of wear.
• Intact Box and Embellishments: Please return the shoes in their original box, with all embellishments (such as buckles, studs, or decorative elements) intact.

1. International Orders:

• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

1. Missing/Wrong/Damaged Products:

• In case of a missing, wrong, or damaged product, please contact our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
• Photographic Evidence: We may request photographic evidence of the damage to assess the situation accurately. Please provide clear pictures of the affected areas.
• Replacement: If the damage is significant, we’ll arrange for a replacement pair to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
• Refund or Credit: Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide a credit code coupon for the value of the damaged.

1. Cancellation Policy

• For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note.
